Payout

Definition

The transfer of earned commissions from a program owner to an affiliate partner — the moment an affiliate receives payment for their referrals.

How Payout work

Payouts are triggered when an affiliate's balance exceeds the payout threshold and they submit a payout request (or when auto-pay is enabled). Payments are sent via PayPal, wire transfer, or Wise. Program owners can review pending payout requests in Partnero before approving, or configure automatic approval to eliminate the manual step.

Why it matters for your program

Reliable, on-time payouts are one of the most important factors in affiliate satisfaction and retention. Affiliates talk to each other — a program known for delayed or disputed payments will struggle to attract quality partners. A program with transparent, predictable payouts earns trust and loyalty.
