Q: Is there a free trial period?

Yes. Partnero offers a 30-day free trial.

Q: Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. For example, Starter drops from $59/month to $49/month, and Partner drops from $199/month to $159/month when billed annually.

Q: What does the Enterprise plan cost?

Enterprise starts at $599/month and scales based on the number of programs, team members, and integrations you need. It includes unlimited programs and custom integrations.

Q: Which features will I be able to test during my free trial?

During the free trial, you can test all features, including creating a program, customizing your partner portal, uploading resources, designing emails, integrating Partnero into your workflow, and accessing performance and payout analytics.

Q: Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Q: What if I decide to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current monthly or annual billing cycle.

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. You can join the Partnero affiliate program to earn commissions by referring clients or friends.

Q: Do you provide assistance if I need to migrate an existing affiliate program?

What are the Add-ons?

Add-ons let you extend your plan as your needs grow. At the moment, Partnero offers additional user seats, making it easy to collaborate with a larger team as your partner program scales. Additional seats cost $29/month per user.

Are there additional fees for payout processing?

It depends on how you choose to automate payouts.
If you use your own PayPal or Wise account, payouts can be fully automated with no additional Partnero fees (standard PayPal or Wise fees apply).
If you choose Partnero-managed payouts, where Partnero handles payouts on your behalf and you receive a single invoice, a 7% payout processing fee applies. This covers payment processing costs (e.g. PayPal fees). Read more about payout options here.
