How Double-sided reward work

When a customer shares their referral link and a friend signs up, both parties receive a pre-configured reward — typically a discount, store credit, or cash. The referrer's reward is triggered by the friend's conversion. Partnero supports independent reward configurations for the referrer and the referred customer.

Why it matters for your program

Double-sided rewards reduce the social friction of asking someone to try a product. The referrer is giving their friend a benefit, not just pushing a sale. This framing increases share rates significantly and helps referred customers convert at higher rates — they are arriving with an incentive to buy.
