Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our affiliate program. By joining, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

- Affiliate: A registered individual or entity that promotes our services and earns commissions based on referrals.

- Company: Zintlr, the provider of the B2B database and personality intelligence SaaS tool.

- Referral: A potential customer who signs up for our services through the Affiliate's unique referral link.

- Commission: The payment earned by the Affiliate for each successful referral.

2. Enrollment

- To enroll in the affiliate program, applicants must complete the registration form on our website.

- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and possess a functioning website or social media platform relevant to our services.

- The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

3. Commission Structure

- Affiliates will earn a commission upto 25% of the subscription fee for each new customer referred.

- Commissions are paid for customers who remain subscribed for at least **60 days**.

- The Company offers a tiered commission structure, where commissions increase based on performance metrics (e.g., number of referrals).

4. Payment Terms

- Commissions will be paid monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

- Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as specified by the Affiliate in their account settings.

- The Company may withhold payments for up to 60 days after the end of each month to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.

- For any custom projects, or custom enterprise projects, or deals, or non-recurring deals the commision range will not exceed and will remain in the range of 3% to 10%, decided by the company at its discretion based on workouts.

5. Tracking and Reporting

- The Company will provide Affiliates with access to a dashboard where they can track their referrals, commissions, and payment history.

- Affiliates must use the tracking links provided by the Company; any unapproved methods of tracking will not be recognized.

6. Marketing Guidelines

- Affiliates are permitted to promote our services through their websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

- Prohibited practices include:

- Pay-per-click advertising using our brand name or keywords.

- Misleading or deceptive advertising practices.

- Use of spam or unsolicited emails.

7. Intellectual Property

- Affiliates may use the Company's logos and marketing materials as provided but must adhere to branding guidelines set forth by the Company.

- Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

- Affiliates agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during their participation in the program.

9. Termination

- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

- Upon termination, Affiliates must cease all promotional activities related to our services and remove any links or materials from their platforms.

10. Liability

- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from their promotional activities.

- In no way, directly or indirectly or whatsoever the company is not leasing access to any IP or claims around it or the products built by the company. As an affiliate partner you will mention only your affiliation as an external partner to the company with no involvement with the product.

11. Compliance with Laws

- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

12. Amendments

- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
