Squared Away Affiliate Program Terms and Permissions

Thank you for joining the Squared Away Affiliate Program! Please review the following terms and permissions to ensure transparency and alignment in our partnership.

Eligibility for Commission

Affiliates are eligible to receive commissions only when the referred client:

Successfully signs up for Squared Away services using the affiliate's unique referral link or code.

Completes payment for their first full month of services with Squared Away.

Tracking Referrals

Referrals will be tracked using the unique referral link or code assigned to each affiliate. It is the affiliate's responsibility to share the correct link or code to ensure proper tracking.

Squared Away is not liable for tracking issues resulting from incorrect links, codes, or third-party interference.

Payment of Commissions

Commissions are calculated after the referred client’s first month's payment is processed.

Payments will be made within 30 days following the end of the client’s first paid month of service.

Refunds or Chargebacks

If a referred client receives a refund or issues a chargeback for their first month of service, the affiliate commission for that client will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not use deceptive marketing practices, such as false advertising, spamming, or unauthorized discounting, to generate referrals.

Affiliates must represent Squared Away in a professional and ethical manner. Misrepresentation of Squared Away's services or policies may result in termination from the affiliate program.

Compliance with Policies

Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Squared Away services.

Squared Away reserves the right to update program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

By participating in the Squared Away Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Squared Away retains the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms or any actions that may harm the reputation of Squared Away.
