SOCIAL1M Affiliate Program – Key Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must submit a completed application and be approved by our team.
- Services offered must align with SOCIAL1M’s values and standards.
2. Commission & Payouts
- Lifetime Revenue Share: Earn ongoing commissions for the life of each referred client's account.
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly after client payments are received.
- Payment Method: Disbursed via ACH, PayPal, or other approved methods.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of \$50 must be reached before a payout is issued.
3. SOCIAL1M’s Role
- We handle proposals, pricing, client onboarding, payment collection, service deployment, and ongoing management.
- You get credited for the referral and paid commission, without any client servicing obligation.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote our services professionally and ethically.
- Do not make false claims or guarantees.
- Do not speak or negotiate on SOCIAL1M’s behalf unless authorized.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No spam or unethical sales tactics.
- No misrepresentation of your affiliation.
- No unauthorized use of SOCIAL1M’s branding or materials.
6. Termination
- You or SOCIAL1M may terminate participation at any time.
- Commissions will continue for active referred clients unless terminated for cause.
- Breach of terms may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.
7. Relationship
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of SOCIAL1M.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
8. Governing Law
- This program is governed by the laws of the State of California.
- Any disputes will be handled in Orange County, CA.
Modifications
- SOCIAL1M may update these terms at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of changes and continued participation means acceptance.
