Welcome to the lindo.ai Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The affiliate program is intended for third-party affiliates to promote lindo.ai. Affiliates are not permitted to use this program to earn commissions on their own accounts or transactions.

1.2 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete registration details when signing up for the program.

2. Cookie Tracking

2.1 Our affiliate program uses cookies to track referrals. These cookies are valid for 30 days from the time a user clicks your affiliate link.

2.2 If a user clears their cookies or uses a different browser/device, the tracking may no longer be valid, and commissions may not be credited.

3. Referral Attribution and Commission

3.1 A referral is attributed at the time of registration if the user has been referred via your affiliate link within the cookie duration.

3.2 Commissions are calculated as 30% of the subscription payments made by the referred customer for the lifetime of their subscription.

3.3 Commission applies only to subscription payments for lindo.ai plans. It does not apply to one-time fees, custom services, or other types of payments.

4. Payouts

4.1 Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met (as defined in the affiliate dashboard).

4.2 Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other deductions in their jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Practices

5.1 Affiliates may not:

Use their own affiliate links to earn commissions on their own purchases or accounts.

Use misleading or fraudulent practices to drive referrals.

Engage in unauthorized advertising methods, including spam or unethical marketing practices.

5.2 Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.

6. Program Changes

6.1 lindo.ai reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, no additional commissions will be earned on new referrals, but commissions on existing subscriptions will continue as per the lifetime commission terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 lindo.ai is not liable for any technical issues, cookie tracking errors, or other circumstances beyond our control that may result in lost commissions.

By participating in the lindo.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
