Labelme Affiliate Program

Labelme is an offline image annotation tool used by 15,000+ researchers and engineers. It's a one-time purchase ($49–$249), no subscription, which makes it easy to promote — no "you need to stay subscribed" friction. Affiliates earn 20% per sale, paid monthly via PayPal once they hit $20.

You earn 20% of each sale you refer, paid once per customer. Labelme sells one-time licenses, so there's no recurring commission.

Sales are tracked through your referral link. A purchase counts if the visitor checks out within 30 days of clicking your link.

Payouts go out once your balance clears the minimum threshold. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.

You may promote Labelme through content, tutorials, reviews, and recommendations. All promotion must be honest, accurate, and clearly identified as a paid partnership or affiliate relationship — in compliance with the disclosure requirements of your local laws (including but not limited to FTC guidelines, Japan's Stealth Marketing Regulations, EU unfair commercial practices rules, and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Labelme bears no liability for any legal violations arising from your promotional content or methods.

The following are prohibited: false or misleading claims about Labelme's features, pricing, or capabilities; bidding on branded keywords (LabelMe, labelme.io) in paid search advertising; offering or advertising unauthorized discounts or promotions; unsolicited bulk emails or spam; cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent attribution methods; fabricating reviews, testimonials, or user activity; modifying Labelme's logo, screenshots, or brand assets in misleading ways.

We may update these terms or close the program with 30 days' notice. Fraud or any violation of these terms ends your participation immediately. By participating in this program, you agree to indemnify and hold Labelme harmless from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your promotional activities.
