Krofile Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Krofile Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the affiliate program.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have an active website or social media profile for promoting Krofile.

Not engage in prohibited activities as described in these terms.

3. Commission and Payment

Commission Structure: Affiliates can earn a 20% commission on sales, paid for the lifetime of the referred customer.

Commission Period: Lifetime (commissions are paid for as long as the referred customer continues to make purchases).

Referred Clients Threshold: To remain active and receive commissions, affiliates must generate at least one referral in a 2-year period. If there is no referral within this period, the affiliate's account will be deemed inactive, and no commissions will be paid.

Payment Method: Affiliates can request payouts via PayPal or Bank Transfer. The payment option selected will be used for all subsequent payouts.

Payout Threshold: Affiliates must meet a minimum payout threshold of $50 before requesting a payout.

4. Tracking and Links

Referral Tracking: Affiliates must use the tracking link provided in the affiliate dashboard.

Cookie Lifetime: The program uses a cookie lifetime of 30 days to track referrals.

Referral Link Structure: Affiliates must use the unique URL provided to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and commissions.

5. Payout Options

PayPal: Affiliates can receive payouts via PayPal, subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Bank Transfer: Affiliates can also choose to receive payouts via Bank Transfer, subject to providing the necessary banking details.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not engage in spamming or any deceptive practices.

Affiliates must not mislead customers about the services or products provided by Krofile.

You are responsible for all costs associated with your promotional activities.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

Using fraudulent methods to generate referrals.

Engaging in spamming, misleading advertising, or deceptive marketing.

Using Krofile trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Using self-referrals or referring themselves to earn commissions.

Any other activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Program Termination

Krofile reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if the affiliate violates these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions earned by the affiliate will be paid, provided that the affiliate's account was not suspended for fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Krofile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Krofile's total liability for any claim will not exceed the total commission earned by the affiliate in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with all privacy laws and regulations. Any customer data gathered must be kept confidential and used only in accordance with the program. Affiliates should not share or sell customer information collected through their affiliate activities.

11. Amendments

Krofile reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to affiliates, and affiliates are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

12. Referral of Affiliates

If you refer another affiliate to the Krofile Affiliate Program, you will be eligible to receive a 5% recurring commission from that affiliate's sales. This commission will be paid for the lifetime of the referred affiliate as long as both you and the referred affiliate remain active. To remain active, you must generate at least one referral within a 2-year period.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within North Carolina.

14. Miscellaneous

Independent Contractors: Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of Krofile. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.

Force Majeure: Krofile will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, and failure of telecommunications or network systems.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in full effect.
