Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Hyperclapper Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Hyperclapper (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate and complete information

Not have previously violated Hyperclapper policies or engaged in fraudulent activity

Hyperclapper reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Duration

Affiliates are eligible to earn commission for a limited period per referred user.

Affiliates will receive 30% commission for the first three (3) successful billing cycles of each referred user

Commission applies only to completed and successfully processed payments

No commission will be paid on renewals beyond the first three billing cycles

👉 For clarity:

If a referred user continues their subscription beyond three billing cycles, no further commission will be generated for that user.

Commission is calculated per billing cycle and does not include taxes, fees, or adjustments.

3. Qualified Referral Criteria

A referral is considered valid ONLY if:

The user is new to Hyperclapper

The email has never been registered on Hyperclapper

The LinkedIn account has never been connected or used on Hyperclapper

The signup is tracked via the affiliate’s unique referral link

The user completes a valid paid subscription

4. LinkedIn Identity Verification & Uniqueness

Hyperclapper treats each LinkedIn account as a unique, lifetime identifier.

To prevent abuse, we may track and validate:

LinkedIn unique profile ID

Profile URL and metadata

Profile picture (image similarity / hash detection)

Name patterns and account attributes

Historical usage within Hyperclapper

👉 Even if:

Email changes

Device changes

Browser changes

The same LinkedIn account will be treated as an existing user, not a new referral.

5. LinkedIn Profile Quality Requirements

A referral is valid only if the LinkedIn profile:

Is at least 6 months old

Has a minimum of 200+ connections

Shows signs of genuine activity

Is not created solely for referral purposes

Hyperclapper reserves the right to approve or reject referrals based on profile quality.

6. Commission Eligibility

A referral qualifies for commission only when:

The user completes a valid paid subscription using a legitimate payment method.

Payment is successfully processed and received

The user is verified as a new and unique user

👉 Commission is earned on successful payment, not on signup.

No commission is generated for:

Free plan signups

Trials without payment

Failed or incomplete payments

7. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid after a 45-day validation period

Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD

Payments will only be made if:

No refunds or disputes occur

Payment is successfully settled

The account is verified as legitimate

Hyperclapper may delay payouts for additional verification if needed. Hyperclapper reserves the right to offset or deduct any reversed or invalid commissions from future payouts.

Hyperclapper reserves the right to review referral activity to ensure subscriptions are not created solely for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions.

8. Commission Reversal Policy

Commissions will be reversed or canceled if:

Refunds or chargebacks occur

Subscription is canceled within validation period

Duplicate or previously registered users are detected

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified

9. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring

Hyperclapper uses advanced fraud detection systems, including:

IP tracking

Device and browser fingerprinting

Behavioral analysis

LinkedIn identity mapping

Account linkage detection

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the system will result in immediate action.

10. Manual Review & Approval

All referrals are subject to manual and automated review.

Hyperclapper maintains a team that:

Reviews referral quality

Detects abnormal patterns

Validates authenticity of LinkedIn profiles

👉 Final decision on referral validity rests solely with Hyperclapper.

11. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

Refer themselves, their own accounts, or accounts they directly or indirectly control (self-referrals)

Create fake or duplicate accounts

Use multiple emails or identities to simulate referrals

Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate signups

Offer unauthorized incentives (cashback, rewards, etc.)

Mislead users or make false claims

Spam or send unsolicited messages

12. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may promote via:

Social media

Blogs

Communities

Personal networks

Affiliates must not:

Impersonate Hyperclapper

Misrepresent features

Use deceptive marketing

13. Right to Withhold Payments

Hyperclapper reserves the right to:

Withhold payouts if suspicious activity is detected

Reject referrals without detailed explanation

Permanently disqualify affiliates involved in abuse

14. Termination

Hyperclapper may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time if:

Terms are violated

Fraud is detected

Activity harms the platform

All pending commissions may be forfeited.

Any detected abuse may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of commissions, and permanent disqualification from the Program.

15. Limitation of Liability

Hyperclapper is not liable for:

Loss of earnings due to rejected referrals

Tracking issues or technical errors

Changes in the Program

16. Modifications

Hyperclapper may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of updates.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
