General Contractor Program

The Signage.com Contractor Partner Program allows general contractors to effortlessly earn a 15% commission simply by referring their clients for premium-quality custom signage. Qualified contractors can further benefit through optional installation revenue sharing, receiving subcontracted installation projects. This turnkey partnership simplifies signage procurement, enhances client satisfaction, and boosts contractor profitability.

Contractor Partner Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 3/1/25

1. Agreement

By participating in the Signage.com Contractor Partner Program ("Program"), contractors agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Signage.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Commission Rate

Partners earn a 15% commission on net sales generated by referred customers. Commission eligibility extends for up to two years from the customer's first purchase date.

3. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out after a mandatory 30-day waiting period following the sale date. Payments will be issued via the payment method agreed upon during program enrollment.

4. Refund and Commission Clawback Policy

Commissions will not be paid for orders that are canceled or refunded. If a previously commissioned sale is refunded or canceled after commission payout, Signage.com reserves the right to deduct the commission amount from future commissions payable to the contractor partner.

5. Installation Services

Installation services are not automatically included in the referral commission structure. Contractors interested in providing installation services must meet specific qualification criteria. Installation terms, conditions, and revenue-sharing arrangements will be individually negotiated and agreed upon separately with each qualified contractor.

6. Compliance and Conduct

Contractors participating in the program must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Any form of misleading or illegal marketing, false advertising, or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination from the program.

7. Relationship of Parties

Participation in this program does not establish any formal employment relationship, agency, joint venture, partnership, or franchise relationship between Signage.com and the contractor partner.

8. Program Termination and Changes

Signage.com reserves the absolute right to terminate this Program or any individual partner’s participation at its sole discretion and at any time, particularly if activities by the partner are deemed inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or illegal by Signage.com. Additionally, Signage.com reserves the right to alter commission rates, terms, or discontinue the program entirely with prior written notice.

9. Confidentiality

Contractor partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information provided by Signage.com and to use such information solely for purposes related to this Program.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Signage.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Program. Contractor partners agree to indemnify and hold Signage.com harmless against all claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from any breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signage.com operates its primary business.

12. Acceptance

Participation in the Signage.com Contractor Partner Program signifies that the contractor partner has read, understood, and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
