Welcome to the FAME Consulting LLC Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between you (the "Affiliate") and FAME Consulting LLC (the "Company").

Enrollment and Participation

To join our affiliate program, you must complete the application process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard, where you can track referrals, commissions, and access promotional materials.

Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a flat-rate commission of $50 for each new customer referred who purchases any of our services. Commissions are only awarded for referrals that result in a completed sale. This includes self-referrals, allowing affiliates to earn commissions on their own purchases.

Cookie Duration

Our affiliate tracking cookies have a 30-day duration. This means that if a potential customer clicks on your affiliate link, you will receive credit for any purchases they make within 30 days of that click. If a potential customer clears their cookies or uses a different device, we cannot guarantee tracking.

Payout Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe. Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $50 in commissions before a payout is issued. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees associated with receiving payments. We reserve the right to withhold payments for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote our services through legal and ethical means, including blogs, social media, and email marketing. The use of spam or unsolicited emails is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our services. All promotional materials should align with our brand guidelines, which will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate links for fraudulent transactions. Any form of cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading promotions is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not bid on our branded keywords in pay-per-click campaigns or use domain names that closely resemble our brand.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, violation of these terms, or inactivity. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid during the next payout cycle, provided the terms have not been violated.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program and/or to our website(s). We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or the memberships or products sold by FAME Consulting LLC.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
