Chugzi Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
By joining the Chugzi Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Chugzi reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- 50% commission on the first purchase of each referred customer.
- 15% lifetime commission on all future purchases made by your referred customers.
- 10% lifetime commission on the earnings of affiliates you refer.
3. Payouts
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis.
- The minimum payout threshold is $0.
- Payments are made via PayPal.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive marketing practices.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Affiliates may not impersonate Chugzi or misrepresent the service in any way.
5. Tracking & Attribution
- Commissions are tracked using cookies with a 90 days duration.
- If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, the affiliate may not receive credit for the sale since it would become untraceable.
6. Account Termination
- Chugzi reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or abuse is detected.
- Affiliates may also request to terminate their participation at any time.
7. Modification of Terms
- Chugzi may update these terms at any time, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
