We remove the barriers of traditional publishing, making it frictionless and empowering authors to amplify their voice across multiple channels, all while maintaining full control of their intellectual property.

Welcome to the Chapters.io Partner Program! These terms outline the structure, benefits, and obligations of the program, including the commission payments you can earn as a partner. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

Partners will receive a 10% commission on every author referral that results in a sale.

The commission applies to the total amount paid by the referred author, whether they choose to pay through a monthly plan or the full amount upfront.

2. Monthly Payment Plan

If the referred author opts for a monthly payment plan, the partner will receive 10% of each monthly payment.

Commissions for monthly payments will be disbursed within 30 days of receiving the payment from the client.

3. Full Payment

If the referred author pays the full amount upfront, the partner will receive the full 10% commission within 30 days of receiving the full payment from the client.

4. Eligibility for Commission

To be eligible for a commission, the referred author must successfully complete their purchase using the partner’s unique referral link or code.

Partners will only be paid for referrals who are considered new customers (i.e., not existing or previous clients of Chapters.io).

5. Commission Payment Process

Commission payments will be made via the partner's preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) as provided during the registration process.

Payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving payment from the client, either on a monthly basis or upon full payment, depending on the author’s chosen payment plan.

6. Referral Tracking

Chapters.io uses tracking technology to monitor referrals. It is the partner’s responsibility to ensure that their unique referral link or code is properly utilized by their referrals.

Any disputes related to tracking or commission payments must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the referral or payment.

7. Program Modifications

Chapters.io reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Partner Program, including changes to the commission rate, structure, or payment terms. In the event of any changes, Chapters.io will provide notice to active partners.

8. Termination of Participation

Chapters.io reserves the right to terminate any partner’s participation in the program if they are found in violation of these terms or engage in any behavior that harms the reputation of Chapters.io.

Upon termination, partners will no longer earn commissions, but any outstanding eligible commissions will be paid according to the terms outlined above.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
