Affiliate program terms
Program Participation
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid website, blog, or social media presence
Must complete the affiliate application process
IGSendMail reserves the right to reject any application
Commission Structure
10% commission on all referred customer monthly subscriptions
Commissions are paid on successful subscription payments
Commission payments continue as long as the referred customer maintains their subscription

Referral Tracking

Cookies are valid for 30 days
Affiliates must use approved tracking links

Payment Terms

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice
Immediate termination for violation of terms
Final payment of earned commissions upon termination
IGSendMail reserves the right to modify or terminate the program
Intellectual Property
Limited license to use IGSendMail marketing materials
No modification of IGSendMail branding
Must respect all intellectual property rights
Liability
Affiliates are independent contractors
No employment relationship is created
Each party responsible for their own taxes
IGSendMail not liable for affiliate marketing costs
Program Changes
Terms subject to change with notice
Continued participation constitutes acceptance
